Provide technical information and suggest the most appropriate paint or faux finish to complement the customer's decorating style and personality.

Coordinate the planning session with the customer's designer, when requested.

Provide customer with customized faux finish sample boards for approval of final finish.

Provide a contract that details the final work to be performed.

Provide specific start and completion dates for project scheduling.

During the art project, maintain daily customer contact to insure client satisfaction and proper project outcome.

Our master faux artisan is on all jobs and coordinates all the artisans participating in the art project.

Guarantees a 72-hour "return to job", if finished project needs adjusting or correction.

Provide customer with product samples to be used by them for future touch-up.

Confirm customer's complete satisfaction at end of art project through follow-up contact.
